What’s the best way to start off your skincare regime? Many people have forgotten about the most important step in any skincare routine. That is, cleansing! And nope – we are not talking about a quick makeup wipe moment! A deep cleanse is essential in the evening, although you can do it during any time of the day. What is Double Cleansing?
If you’re not sure what double cleansing is, it’s a method of using a cleansing oil, balm, or micellar water to break down make-up, SPF, and sebum on the surface of your skin first, following up with a deeper water-based cleanse. The first cleanse removes products from the top layer of the skin, and the second pass penetrates deeper into the pores to remove impurities. How Do You Double Cleanse?
The first thing you want to do is grab two beauty pads, saturate them with your cleansing solution and wipe your skin until there is no more visible makeup. Once you’ve removed that surface grime, massage in the LAIT VIP 02 cleanser for a minute to thoroughly remove any other traces of makeup and dirt.
